Who do you work with?
3

Do you work remotely or on-site?
4
Client meetings or workshops may be either remote or on-site, depending your organization’s unique needs and context. Mediations specifically can occur either remotely or in-person, with many clients choosing remote options for accessibility and neutrality considerations.

5
Workplace conflict comes in many forms, including but not limited to: interpersonal conflict, manager/employee tension, team breakdowns, leadership misalignment, DEI/EEO issues, and more.
When should I bring Mend into my organization?
